We address the growth mechanism of Ge quantum dots (QDs) on C-alloyed strained Si1−xGex layers by in situ reflection high-energy electron-diffraction (RHEED). We show that C-induced growth on a Si-rich surface leads to a high density (about 1011 cm−2) of small dome-shaped islands. On surfaces up to ≈65% richer in Ge we observe a decrease of the dot density by two orders of magnitude, which is associated to the increase of the adatom diffusion. Based on quantitative RHEED analysis, the islands are believed to grow in a Volmer-Weber mode even though their spotty electron transmission pattern is not detectable in the initial stages of growth due to the reduced size of the three-dimensional nucleation islands. 相似文献

In/Pd and Pd/In/Pd thin films were prepared by thermal evaporation on the SiO2 substrate in a vacuum. The structural and optical properties of the films were investigated by means of X-ray diffractometry (XRD), Auger electron spectroscopy (AES) and spectroscopic ellipsometry (SE). Auger depth profile studies were performed in order to determine the composition of elements in the Pd-In systems. Interdiffusion of metals was detected at room temperature. Optical properties of Pd-In composite layers formed due to the interdiffusion were derived from ellipsometric quantities Ψ and Δ measured in the photon energy range 0.75-6.50 eV at different angles of incidence. The effective optical spectra show absorption peaks dependent on the composition of nonuniform films. The XRD patterns indicated formation of Pd1−xInx intermetallic phases in the samples. 相似文献

A digital image analysis technique developed as a particle or droplet sizing tool and capable of measuring non-spherical objects has been examined in terms of its suitability for quantitative measurements in moderately dense sprays and in particular the potential capability for the characterisation of small diameter, high-speed two-phase flows by employing high-intensity pulsed lasers for illumination. In order to evaluate robustness of the image analysis technique (PDIA), measurement certainty and also to assess whether measurement performance is sensitive to the optical set-up, the technique was applied to data obtained from a hollow cone spray via two independent optical configurations which employed firstly a diode laser and secondly an Nd:YAG laser. The calibration response of the two optical set-ups revealed significant differences in terms of the depth-of-field characteristics and thus effective measurement volume dimensions. Despite these differences, a comparison of PDIA spray data revealed excellent agreement between the two datasets for measured diameters in the range 10–90 μm in the number distributions which not only confirmed robustness of the technique but also the potential of PDIA for the measurement of fast, small diameter objects. Subsequent comparisons of the PDIA data were made with PDA data obtained within the same spray in space and time and showed excellent agreement between the two techniques for droplets larger than approximately 25 μm in diameter. Discrepancies between PDIA and PDA were observed in the volume size distributions for the larger droplets measured whose diameters were greater than approximately 40 μm. This discrepancy is due to the ability of PDIA to measure the diameter of non-spherical droplets which were shown to exist in significant numbers at this measurement location within the spray. In contrast, the well-established technique PDA, which relies on the assumption of droplet sphericity clearly does not detect the presence of these larger deformed droplets. 相似文献

A wavelength-tunable mid-infrared (mid-IR) laser is used to make time-resolved absorption measurements of methyl-cyclohexane (MCH) and n-dodecane vapor concentration, demonstrating the use of this novel laser source for sensing hydrocarbon fuels. Two sensitive and species-specific diagnostic strategies are investigated: (1) direct absorption at a fixed wavelength, and (2) dual-wavelength differential absorption with two rapidly-alternating wavelengths. The tunable laser light is produced using difference frequency generation by combining two near-infrared diode lasers in a periodically poled lithium niobate crystal, providing a continuous-wave (cw), room temperature mid-IR source with the low intensity noise, and rapid wavelength tunability typical of telecommunications diode lasers. Direct absorption measurements of MCH with a wavelength of 3413.7 nm demonstrate fast time response (1 μs) and low noise in cell (300-675 K) and shock tube (650-1450 K) experiments. The detection limits of MCH range from 0.5 ppm-m at 300 K to 11 ppm-m at 1440 K (pressure = 101 kPa). Next, time-division multiplexing is used to alternately generate two mid-IR wavelengths at 20 kHz, enabling the use of dual-wavelength differential absorption to eliminate interference absorption. Measurements of MCH concentration are first made in a cell, with varying amounts of n-heptane interference absorption. Accurate values of MCH concentration are obtained for n-heptane/MCH ratios as high as 15, demonstrating the utility of this sensor for species-specific hydrocarbon detection in systems with interfering absorption. Finally, time-resolved n-dodecane vapor concentration measurements are made in a shock-heated evaporating aerosol. The dual-wavelength differential absorption diagnostic is sensitive only to the vapor concentration, rejecting droplet extinction. These measurements illustrate the power of the differential absorption strategy for sensitive vapor-phase detection in the presence of particle scattering. The tunability of this new source will allow these concepts to be extended to other hydrocarbon fuels. 相似文献

为分析外伤性膝关节隐性骨折的核磁共振成像表现及其诊断价值,本次研究回顾性分析我院2017年1月~2018年12月收治的55例外伤性膝关节隐性骨折患者临床资料,分别实施核磁共振成像检查以及多层螺旋CT检查,然后以手术结果为参照,分析核磁共振成像对外伤性膝关节隐性骨折的诊断价值及具体的影像表现。经手术证实,55例外伤性膝关节隐性骨折患者中隐性骨皮质下骨折34例、骨皮质骨折14例、骨软骨骨折7例,核磁共振成像符合率高于多层螺旋CT,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两种影像学检查手段敏感度、特异度、准确度相比较,核磁共振成像高于多层螺旋CT,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);外伤性膝关节隐性骨折核磁共振成像表现如下:隐性骨皮质下骨折存在大范围的地图样、网格状或线状信号区,边界模糊但骨关节面完整;骨皮质骨折呈低信号带中断,与骨髓高信号存在强烈对比;骨软骨骨折呈多层次或者是连续性中断。说明外伤性膝关节隐性骨折核磁共振成像表现具有多样性特点,仔细分析不难鉴别,可作为优选诊断手段推广使用。 相似文献

Similarly, reaction of 1 with 3-methoxybenzaldehyde (3) or 4-methoxybenzaldehyde (4) under the same reaction conditions as for 2 affords (3-guaiazulenyl)(3-methoxyphenyl)methylium hexafluorophosphate (6) (91% yield) or (3-guaiazulenyl)(4-methoxyphenyl)methylium hexafluorophosphate (7) (97% yield). New platinum complexes have been synthesized by the reaction of Na2PtCl4 with 2-acetylpyridine-4-cyclohexyl-thiosemicarbazone, HAc4CyclHexyl (1). The new complexes [Pt(Ac4CyclHexyl)Cl] (2) and [Pt(Ac4CyclHexyl)2] (3) have been characterized by elemental analyses and spectroscopic studies. The crystal structure of the complex [Pt(Ac4CyclHexyl)Cl] · DMF has been solved by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The anion of Ac4CyclHexyl coordinates in a planar conformation to the central platinum(II) through the pyridyl N, azomethine N and thiolato S atoms. The crystal packing is determined by double intermolecular hydrogen interactions, π–π, Pt–C and Pt–π contacts. The cytotoxic activities of 1–3 have been evaluated for antiproliferative activity in vitro against the cells of three human cancer cell lines: MCF-7 (human breast cancer cell line), T24 (bladder cancer cell line), A-549 (non-small cell lung carcinoma) and a mouse L-929 (a fibroblast-like cell line cloned from strain L). The compounds 1–3 display IC50 values in a μM range better than that of the antitumor drug cisplatin and are considered as agents with potential antitumor activity candidates for further stages of screening in vitro and/or in vivo. 相似文献

通过电火花加工技术,采用含碳较高的煤油作为电介质,利用导电性能及加工性能较好的紫铜作电极材料,实现了SiO2/CH/Au复合黑腔侧表面方形诊断孔的精密加工。采用OLYMPUS STM6测量显微镜对诊断孔尺寸,结果表明:孔的尺寸加工精度可控制在±10μm内,同一电极加工的诊断孔尺寸一致性可控制在±5μm内。采用扫描电镜能谱分析SiO2/CH/Au加工导电层的成分,结果表明:电火花加工过程中,由于电介质分解生成游离态的碳以及电极材料铜熔融后沉积在CH和SiO2层表面,形成辅助导电层。通过加工辅助导电层,产生的瞬时高温使SiO2和CH层熔融气化,从而实现对绝缘层的加工。 相似文献
